  “I hate to post a negative review as I usually reserve posts for really positive experiences. However, we are massively disappointed in Malidani jewelers. We bought a 5ct stone & designed a ring. It arrived 3 weeks late & was not as we had finally agreed upon. To make matters worse, we were given a guarantee that we would be happy with our purchase & that the purchase was to be contingent on an appraisal of my jeweler at home in AZ. The appraisal revealed a total misrepresentation of the stone. The J stone was actually an L or more likely an M and the value was $45K not $59K (or the original stated verbal value of 69K). We were told on the phone that since we paid under 45K that we should still be happy. They are refusing to cooperate in the return even though they have had the ring back in their possession for almost 3 weeks. I hate having the credit card companies fight my battles. To me, the jeweler should want me to be happy. They talked a good game, saying they do business on a handshake & they pride themselves on their honor & integrity. I just wanted the ring of my dreams & I didnt get it. They are dragging this dispute on for as long as they can and that is so unprofessional.”
